Raymond Chiu
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Raymond Chiu is the Chief Executive Officer, Local Backhaul Networks. Mr. Chiu drives the company’s vision, strategy, and growth.  Additionally, Mr. Chiu has all architecture and development of OcularIP, the industry’s leading Performance Measurement and Reporting application.  Prior to founding Local Backhaul Networks, Mr. Chiu had over two decades of engineering management in the telecommunications, network technology and software industry.  After earning a Master’s in Telecommunications from Washington University, Chiu was appointed director of Technical Solutions Development for Ericsson. From his work in the office of the president of the MPLS forum to development of terabyte transport technologies, he was involved in the design, implementation and support of network architectures for the world’s largest carriers.  Mr. Chiu then served as CTO and SVP Engineering for American Broadband, Inc. a national IP carrier.

Robert Kittner
Sr. Vice President Worldwide Sales

Mr. Kittner is the Sr. Vice President Sales of Local Backhaul Networks and oversees all sales for the organization.   In addition to being a founder of LB Networks, Mr. Kittner has more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience, focused in the telecommunications and software industry providing market leading solutions to service providers worldwide. He is a founder of Local Backhaul Networks and as VP of Sales for the past 4 years has driven OcularIP revenues to a 70% Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR).

Prior to Local Backhaul Networks, Bob held executive and sales management positions at American Broadband, Charter Communications and Verizon Wireless.

Scott Shelly
Sr. Vice President Business Development

Mr. Shelly also an original founder of LB Networks, is responsible for partnerships, professional services, marketing activities and business operations for Local Backhaul Networks. Since 2009 Mr. Shelly has been involved driving the growth of Local Backhaul Networks including relationships with major carriers, MSOs and technology manufacturers. Prior to Local Backhaul Networks, Mr. Shelly was a founder and SVP of Sales for American Broadband growing sales 600% to $100 million in contracted revenues in 4 years. American Broadband was listed in Inc’s Fast 500 growing companies. Prior to American Broadband Mr. Shelly was Director for Sales at Ericsson/Fore Systems and Racal Data Group, North America.
